Delete Your Valen Account

Valen users can request permanent deletion of optional cloud backup data and remove all local data from their own device at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Email hello.valenapp@gmail.com from the Google account you used for Valen cloud backup, or include that email in your request.
2. We will verify the request and delete the associated cloud backup data from Firebase Storage.
3. To remove data stored locally on your device, uninstall Valen or clear the app's local storage.

What Data Gets Deleted

• Your Firebase cloud backup file (latest.json)
• Your associated cloud backup data
• Your Firebase authentication linkage associated with backup access

What Data Is Not Automatically Deleted

• Workout data stored locally on your device
• Local data can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage
